Novusweb does, however, welcome your feedback regarding many areas of Novusweb's existing business. If you want to send us your feedback, and we hope you do, we simply request that you send it to us using the form found at http://www.novusweb.com/. Please provide only specific feedback on Novusweb's existing products or marketing strategies; do not include any ideas that Novusweb's policy will not permit it to accept or consider. It's just one more way that Novusweb can learn how to best satisfy your needs.

Software
Use of the software from this site is subject to the software license terms set forth in a Novusweb Software License. The software license agreement is available for review whenever software is downloaded at this site.

Documentation
Any person is hereby authorized to: a) store documentation on a single computer for personal use only and b) print copies of documentation for personal use provided that the documentation contains Novusweb’s copyright notice.

It is the policy of Novusweb that no one may send or distribute unsolicited email advertisements, surveys, files, jokes or other communications which are part of a wide email campaign (commonly referred to as "spam"). No federal or state legislation requires that we expend time, money, and other resources to accept, delete, process or "remove" our names in dealing with these flagrant thefts. Therefore, it is our stated policy that any unsolicited emails sent to any domain that is owned or managed by Novusweb will result in a fee of $62.50 charged to the apparent sender or sponsor of the email. Invoices may be sent by postal or electronic mail and are due and payable to our corporate offices within 10 days of the date of invoice. Failure to remit this fee will result in further legal action. This fee is fair and just compensation for the time and effort we have to spend in filtering, deleting and otherwise dealing with these interjections into our busy days.
